The clinician treating them. Not a colleague, not a practice manager, not us, and there is no administrative override.
What happens when a clinician leaves?
Their notes stay in the record. Their access ends with their account, and their patients hand the record on themselves.
Can we get our data out?
A patient can have their whole record emailed to them today. A clinic-level export into your own system is not built.
Where does it run, and under what law?
On infrastructure in the United States. Egyptian data staying in Egypt is designed and not live.
