It moves with you
One record, however many therapists
Every version of your summary stays, under its author's name.
A copy you can keep
Every session, note and summary, emailed to you, never over WhatsApp.
A psychiatrist and a therapist, on one record
Grant each separately, take either back on its own.
You can be recorded, or not
Asked for, not assumed, and stoppable mid-session.
Claim it with your phone number
We ask two questions first: a number is not a person.
It is still there in three years
Nothing is deleted and nothing expires.
What it actually looks like
This is the app, not a picture of it. Every tab along the bottom works, so open the one you were going to ask about.
Find somebody now
A live map of clinicians who are online this minute. Filter by language and talk in the one you think in rather than the one you translate into. Or book an hour instead: everyone has a calendar, and a reminder goes out before it.
Your sessions, and the steps you agreed
The sessions you booked, the ones you found on the radar, and the note written to you after each. Plus what you agreed to try, written the way you agreed it. Nobody scores you.
You never talk to the AI
There is no chatbot here, and there will not be one
No screen in the patient app types to a model, and the import graph is what stops it.
What it does instead
It puts what it read in front of your clinician, with the sentence it came from attached.
Only a clinician you chose can ask it anything
Only about you, and only while you allow it. Take it back and it stops that second.
Nothing written by a machine reaches you unsigned
The person who was in the room reads it and puts their name on it first.
What your therapist can and cannot see
A therapist you allow
- The sessions they ran with you, and their own notes
- Your history, while you allow it
- What you wrote, if you gave them access
- Another therapist's notes, unless you say so
- Anything at all before you say yes
- Your record after you end their access
Claiming a record a therapist already keeps
A therapist can write notes about you before you have an account. This is how you take ownership of them, and what you decide on the way.
Giving a therapist access, and taking it back
Nobody reads your history unless you say so, the answer has a length you choose, and stopping it takes one tap and no explanation.
What it costs you
- Do I pay to use 24Therapy?
- No. You pay the therapist for the session, at the price shown before you book. We take a share of that from them, not from you, and there is no fee for having an account.
- Can I pay in Egyptian pounds?
- Yes. The price is shown in both, at the rate of the day, and the rate you were shown is the rate you are charged. It is fixed onto the payment rather than recalculated later.
- What if the therapist does not turn up?
- After five minutes you are offered somebody else at the same price or less, or your money back. If the replacement costs less, the difference comes back to you as credit rather than disappearing.
- Do I need an account?
- Not to have a session. You need one to keep your history, see the notes written to you, and claim a record a therapist already keeps about you.
- If I stop using 24Therapy, do I lose everything?
- No. Ask for a copy of your record and it is emailed to you: every session, every signed note, every version of your summary, and the licence of the clinician behind each. It is a record extract rather than a certificate, which means it says what we hold and when, and does not claim that a diagnosis in it is correct.
- Can a therapist read my record without me agreeing?
- No, and there is no screen anywhere that ends in them having access. Every grant needs you, signed in, answering a question. You are sent a message every time one starts, so if somebody ever pressured you into it you will see it afterwards, and ending it takes one tap.
If you need help right now
If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number now. This is not an emergency service and nobody here can reach you fast enough. If you can wait a few minutes, the radar has clinicians online this minute and you do not need an account to use it.
No account, no card, no form. You give a first name and you are in a session.
